Keep reading for our go-to Salted Caramel Espresso Martini recipe, with a salted caramel twist (it’s only fitting right?!) 

Baileys Salted Caramel Espresso Martini:

A delightful dessert cocktail, this Baileys Salted Caramel and Espresso Martini is great after dinner or for a special brunch.

Ingredients:

• 2.5 oz Baileys Salted Caramel
• 2 oz Rum
• 4 oz Chilled Espresso
• 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• Crushed Pretzels for Garnish

Instructions:

1. Place chocolate chips in a metal mixing bowl.
2. Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring a boil.
3. Hold the bowl of chocolate chips over the saucepan and slowly stir chocolate until melted.
4. Once melted, lace the rim of a martini glass in the chocolate and dust with crushed pretzels. Place glass to the side.
5. Combine Baileys Salted Caramel, rum, and chilled espresso in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.
6. Strain contents into garnished martini glass.
