Please note, during sale periods or special promo sales, there could be a slight delay with shipments due to the capacity of orders. ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED THEY CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED.

We want to ensure your parcel will arrive securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick up.  If you wish to have your order left unattended you can leave a comment during the checkout procedure.  Please note that if this option is selected we will not be liable if your order goes missing. 

Milan the Label is not responsible for any lost, damages to package or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post. These issues you need to contact Australia Post 

Milan The Label is not responsible for any import taxes at customs for international packages. If packages are returned to us because of taxes not paid or not collected from post, we’re not responsible for this and will not refund your items.
